From a few communities in the 1980's, to expanded product offering and geography in the 1990's that included Condominiums and more than 40 neighborhoods, to the current decade that has allowed us to introduce Patio Homes and grow to more than 60 communities in Northern Kentucky, Southwest Ohio, and Indiana, we have not forgotten that over 15,000 homes have been built one dream at a time. In 2008, the geographic expansion continued to Central Ohio with communities in Columbus.
