Her decorator's touch has made every room a reflection of her personality.
Even though Kelley Loetscher loved her Fischer Homes condominium, she wanted a change, and she found the changes she wanted in a second Fischer Homes community. Kelley purchased a new condominium in the Florence, Kentucky Tara community, and says she has found everything she wanted.
Loetscher, a retired teacher, said she cannot express how helpful sales counselor Margarita Watkins was when it came to handling every aspect of the sales process. Fischer Homes guaranteed the sale of Loetscher's previous condominium so she could begin choosing options for her new home without worry.
Working with Margarita, Loetscher upgraded the carpet and countertops, and had fun choosing doorknobs, banisters and colors for her home. "The choices are hard ones to make…very personal," Loerscher said. "But everything matches so well and Margarita really took her time with me."
The personalization didn't stop there for Loetscher. She loves to decorate, and has chosen themes for each of her rooms-one is patriotic, another a music room and even a Disney master bathroom. "This home is so great to decorate," Loetscher said. "The walls are curved, and I have arched doorways and shelves that are built in. It's just beautiful."
Enjoying A New Community
Loetscher keeps very busy since she retired. In addition to her full-time job with the Internal Revenue Service, she walks six miles a day through her community, plays golf, swims, gardens, and loves sports. Plus, she spends time on her collections of porcelain dolls, patriotic items, Kachina dolls, and Christmas decorations.
"I have really found that the neighbors here are just great. There is a true sense of community," Loetscher said. "It's big enough that neighbors aren't nosy, but small enough so that we all know each other."
Loetscher is also very pleased with the pride Fischer Homes takes in its communities. She said the maintenance crews work hard and diligently. "Our maintenance man, Greg, is just wonderful," Loetscher said. "He does everything so well for you, and he makes sure it's done right."
Loetscher said she couldn't be happier with her choice, and is enjoying the community's pool, walking trails and lake. "I just can't express in words how great it is to work with Fischer Homes."
