Samantha Gilkison loves location of her new community
When she set out to buy a new home, quality and location were Samantha Gilkison's top priorities. She says she found exactly what she was searching for in the Fischer Homes community of Adena at Miami Bluffs in Maineville.
"The condominiums are in a charming neighborhood," Samantha said. "It has many nearby attractions and is close to Cincinnati and lots of new shopping areas."
Samantha added that she feels her Fischer Homes condo is an excellent investment and the service she has received is more than she could have expected.
"A big bonus was the warranty service that Fischer Homes provides," Samantha said. "The staff is professional, appointments are scheduled quickly and my needs are taken care of immediately."

"It's just like a traditional home. I enjoy my privacy and quiet time as I would in a single-family house," Samantha said.

"Maineville has come a long way since its days as farmland," Samantha said. "This community is growing and families and young professionals are moving in."
After seven months of living in her new condo, Samantha has learned that she made the right decision. She said she will recommend Fischer Homes to all of her friends.
