Purchase of 739 Lots Shows Confidence in Central Ohio Market.
Fischer Homes has finalized a deal to expand its reach in the Columbus area with the purchase of 128 developed and 611 undeveloped lots. Fischer Homes' move demonstrates its confidence and commitment to the area.
"With the acquisition of the existing home sites and undeveloped land in five existing communities, Fischer Homes is focused on growing our presence in this important Ohio market. We believe in Columbus, and are positioning ourselves to offer the best total new home solution available to Columbus buyers," said Brian Fannin, Fischer Homes' Director of Marketing.
Fischer Homes entered the Columbus market in January 2008 with the purchase of 280 lots in four Columbus communities to expand its home-building operations beyond Cincinnati. With this acquisition, Fischer is offering homes in eighteen Columbus communities.
"Cincinnati has been our home for twenty-eight years, and we are confident that the value we bring to Columbus will make us a hometown favorite there as well," Fannin said. |
