Fischer Homes will be holding a ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday, January 29, at 10 a.m. to celebrate the opening of their new model homes in the Tuscany Community, located in Covington, KY. During that time, four model homes—three condos and one single-family home—will be available for touring. The City of Covington's Mayor, Butch Callery, City Council Members, Covington Fire and Police departments, and the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce are invited to attend, as well anyone else interested in learning more about the community.
The new Tuscan-themed single-family homes and condominiums will be released for sale in early spring. The first section of condos, Pienza, will hold 258 condominiums, starting in the $90s. Condominiums in Tuscany will offer large, open, single-floor designs, vaulted ceilings, and private entries from the street or garage. There will be approximately 13 single-family homes in the community, starting in the $250s. Single-family homes from the Founders Collection will provide a number of options, including large living areas, master bedrooms with optional private sitting rooms, and dramatic two-story foyers.
Surrounded by shopping and easy access to I-275, this community is a perfect location for young professionals, retirees, and families. Tuscany will have many amenities, including a clubhouse for gatherings and parties.
