Fischer Homes will celebrate the debut of its first Columbus model home, located in the Royal Elm community, in Blacklick, Ohio, with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday, July 30 at 10 a.m.
Fischer Homes is inviting the City of Blacklick Mayor, City Council Members, Blacklick Fire and Police departments, as well as the Columbus Chamber of Commerce to the ribbon cutting. The event is also open to the public.
Starting on July 30, the Royal Elm model home will be open to the public from 12 – 6 p.m., Saturdays through Wednesdays.
The Royal Elm model home was Fischer Homes' first model home to break ground in Columbus in April 2008. Featuring Fischer Homes' single-family designs, the Royal Elm community has homes ranging from 1,200 to more than 2,700 square feet, and priced in the $130s to $160s. This community is perfect for the new home buyer who is looking to build a spacious home in the peaceful suburbs of Columbus. Located minutes away from area restaurants, shopping and Blacklick Woods Metro Park, downtown Columbus and the OSU campus, families will never be without anything to do.
